Our refund and returns policy lasts for 5 days. This means you have 5 Days to return your order for a full refund. We will not accept any returns after 5 days of purchase. Any returns after 5 days of purchase will be conditional and will attract a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in its original packaging as it was shipped out to you.

To complete your return, We require you contact us within 2 days of delivery of the order and we will be able to assist you. Due to the free shipping, Customers are liable for the cost of returning the order.

There are certain situations where returns will NOT be accepted and refunds will NOT be issued:

• Orders with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned later than 10 days after delivery.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped within 2 business days. The majority of our domestic shipments are done via USPS. We offer free domestic shipping to the United states only, shipping fees apply to Canada. Our shipment is standard (1 to 5 business days depending on the location in relation to Los Angeles, CA).

We do not offer an overnight shipping option at this time but the best we can do is ship your order on the same day.. If you need an item before a certain date, please email us so we can ensure a proper delivery date. 1of1 Luxury will not cover any import duties or taxes on international shipping. Items are shipped with the full declared value

We may choose a different shipping carrier in the event of an oversized or shipping preference.

When checking out, please make sure the shipping address is correct. We are only able to ship to the address listed on order. 1of1 Luxury is not responsible for missing packages after orders have been shipped. Confirm you address at checkout before completing orders. A tracking number is automatically sent as soon as orders are fulfilled, and the customers are responsible for tracking the item until delivery.
